Normal mail is free but we will not be responsible for any damaged or lost mail (Chances are slim, but still, they do happen).

So if you prefer to opt for registered mail please pay an additional $2.50 on top of your total amount. (But will arrive 1-2 days later than normal post)

Also, we provide an additional option of speedpost for consumers who can’t afford to wait, or need the garments urgently. For speedpost you’ll have to pay an additional of $9.50.

After receiving your items, please send us an email with the title ‘Delivered’ to assure us. And also, you can rate the service quality we’ve provided on a scale of 10 (optional) so that we can improve and bring you better service and satisfaction.
